Mike Ladewskimladewski@boonevb.com In 2008 Mike Ladewski took over the reins as head varsity coach of the Boone Lady Braves. Mike has been coaching in the Orlando area for the past 10 years at both the club and High School level. Coach Ladewski started coaching at rival Edgewater High School in Orlando, and spent 4 years as an on campus coach at Bishop Moore Catholic High School. Mike grew up playing volleyball for Marjory Stoneman Douglas, a public school near Ft. Lauderdale. Mike attended the University of Central Florida where he received a degree in Computer Science.

Leida Riveralrivera@boonevb.com Leida was a varsity player at Boone High School for 2 years before she transfered to Bishop Moore HS for her final 2 years where she was twice named to the All County 2nd team in Orlando. Leida began coaching for St. James Cathedral School in 2006 before coaching at Bishop Moore in 2007. Most recently Leida was the head varsity coach of Wekiva High School. Coach Rivera is looking forward to bringing her defensive mindset and team spirit to the Lady Braves.
Sally McCann smccann@boonevb.com Coach McCann joined the Girls Program in 2010 as Varsity Assistant coach. Sally graduated from Boone in 2006 where she played volleyball for four years. After high school, she went on to set for Milsaps College for two seasons. She also coaches at OVA.

This will be Coach Alvarez's first year with the Boone Braves. He has played volleyball for seven years that included four years at Boone and three years of club volleyball with Orlando Gold. In high school, he was named 2nd Team All Central Florida as a senior and was honarable mention in his junior year. Nathan is the Boys head coach and the Freshman Girls Head Coach.
